| Pros | Quick delivery, outstandingly customer service (Dane), much better options than available locally and far better price. |
| Cons | My first attempt at ordering on line obviously did not work but I did not know it. Dane checked back with me, after our initial conversation where he helped me decide on a chair. We then discovered that my order did not go through and he facilitated an order entry, as we really needed the chair quickly. He then checked back on the delivery process to ensure that we would get it delivered as we needed. |

| Pros | Found chair that was like another purchaser earlier by a friend. Far more options than locally. Placed order on line, but it was not received. Called and Dane was extremely helpful with order placement, chair selection, delivery (we were in a rush as moving mother in law). He even called back a couple of times to make sure everything was in place. |
