| Pros | Operation is smooth. First up a definite plus, the added speed is appreciated. |
| Cons | Seat cushion is to firm , so it is not comfortable for long periods. Supposedly will "break in", not convinced it will. |

With a non-rocker recliner of the proper height I might have solved my problem for less expense. | |

| Pros | I bought this from [the salesman] over the phone. He was very nice and helped me pick the right chair for my dad. I like that they come in different sizes, so I could be certain the chair would fit him. |

| Service & Delivery | That was the only problem we ran into. There was some confusion about when it would be delivered to his retirement community. Ordering from a furniture company would probably be easier than having to deal with a trucking company. |
This ended up being a good chair for my father. He was unable to shop for himself, so [the salesman] helped me make the right choice for him. | |
