Service and delivery were exactly as promised. Follow up was reassuring for tracking. Customer Rep. hit the perfect balance during ordering and delivery.

Mother is almost 300 lbs and finds this chair very comfortable. It lifts her easily and quietly to stand and lays back almost flat for napping or up for reading. The fabric is luxurious and soft. The control is simple up and down. She loves it and was at home in it with a big smile right away.
