| Pros |
Chair is comfortable. The size is very close to what she needs (she is very small). The severe pain in her arms (from pushing up from a chair) has begun to subside. All in all, it's been good for her!

| Cons |
Because she is so short, the back of the 'petite' chair is still a little tall for her to 'hit her right' when sitting. She complains that her neck hurts. When looking at her from the side, there is a gap of space where the chair 'bump' should be hitting her neck. We've tried finding a pillow that would work, but without success so far.

| Service & Delivery |
I had UPS deliver the chair down here to my workplace and its loading dock. If we'd have waited for them to get a lift truck, it would've been another week. I couldn't wait that long. It worked out ok.

I was wondering, is there a 'shorter' back that would work with this petite chair? Possibly the junior petite back would be shorter and fit on the petite chair? Just wondering... We want to keep the chair... In all other respects it's great...
