The Lift Chair has really improved my overall quality of life. Prior to the new chair, I had great difficulty getting up and constantly needed assistance. With the Lift Chair, I can get up and about without any assistance from my care givers

Trouble with delivery. UPS called and said the Semi can not get down the street. I was originally told UPS would have no problem. UPS wanted to know where the street was located and I informed UPS that within 4 mi. there is a UPS location with smaller trucks. - can not use, as location is for small packages.
Truck arrived 2 hours later than specified time. Driver could not locate street - shipping label said CRESWOOD instead of CRESTWOOD.
