A bit of a jerky transition.

I used the chair for post-op abdominal and shoulder surgery support. It was easy to use the controls; it was comfortable; I slept in it for weeks. It worked well until it developed a sometimes forceful jerk as it transitioned between positions. The company has worked with me to take care of the problem.
